- article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR: legitimate interest (sending of informative material).

Any designated Data Processors will be bound to confidentiality and data security through a contract and the updated list of Data Processors can always be requested from the Data Controller.
3. Data transfer to non-EU countries
The processing of data provided through the website will take place exclusively within the European Union.
4. Cookie
No computer techniques are used in any way whatsoever on this site for the direct acquisition of personal data identifying the user or systems for tracking or profiling the user. In fact, our computer systems do not use any type of persistent cookies, but only statistical tools and technical session cookies. 5. Rights of the data subject
In relation to the aforementioned processing operations, the Data Subject may exercise his or her rights under Articles 15 to 22 of Regulation 2016 / 679 by contacting the Data Controller, identifying him/herself and specifying the nature of the request or problem highlighted. In particular, the Data Subject has the right to ask the Company for access to his/her Data, rectification or erasure thereof, the right to object to its processing or to request the restriction of the processing in the cases envisaged by Article 18 of the Regulation, and the right to obtain his/her Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, in the cases envisaged by Article 20 of the Regulation.
